Energy {that doesn’t come from energy drinks, or ridiculous amounts of caffeine} -

While there are several factors that can contribute to low energy, there are some simple changes you can make that will help improve your overall health. Poor diet, leaky gut syndrome, anemia, lack of sleep, adrenal fatigue, etc. are some of the key factors that lead to low energy and fatigue.  Many of these are also related to high levels of heavy metals in our bodies, causing these harmful symptoms.  You can learn more in the Chelating Course about getting rid of heavy metals safely.   1. Vegetable juicing.
